Sentencing - Handling stolen goods - Custodial sentence - Disparity with co-defendant - Discount for guilty plea.
Concurrent sentences of five years' imprisonment on each of nine counts of handling stolen goods totalling over 200,000 failed to give sufficient credit for the early pleas of guilty that had been made by the defendant. Accordingly, each sentence would be reduced to four years' imprisonment.
