Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Defendant's role in offence.
A defendant's appeal against the totality of his sentence of five years' imprisonment was allowed in circumstances where the court determined that the judge had failed properly to assess his role in a drugs transaction which had founded one of the charges against him, and his total sentence was accordingly varied to four years' imprisonment.
