Sentencing - Conspiracy to supply cannabis resin - Custodial sentence - Disparity with co-defendants - Whether sentence consonant with role in conspiracy.
Since there was evidence upon which the judge was entitled to conclude that the defendant had been one of the main organisers of a conspiracy to supply cannabis resin, a sentence of 12 years' imprisonment was not objectionable although his co-defendants received lesser sentences.
