The Court of First Instance dismissed an application for annulment of the relevant provisions of Council Regulation (EC) 2821-98 (amending, as regards withdrawal of the authorisation of certain antibiotics, Directive 70-524) which removed the authorisation for the use of virginiamycin as an additive in agricultural feedingstuffs.
