Employment - Employment tribunal - Complaint - Time limit - Equal pay claim - Applicant required to show cause - Strike out - s 2(4).
While it was likely that there had been certain procedural errors with regard to the sending of a show cause letter to the applicant as to why her claim should not be struck out, it was in the circumstances, inevitable that her claim would have been struck out, and accordingly her appeal would be dismissed.
