Copyright - Ownership - Arrangements between company and employee - Drawings - Trial of preliminary issue to determine ownership - Copyright Act 1956, ss 4(4), 37.
On the factual issues of whether the second claimant had established copyright ownership of the 1976 and 1987 drawings, the court ruled that the second claimant was the owner of the copyright of the 1976 drawing but failed to establish ownership of the copyright in respect of the 1987 drawing.
