Discrimination - Racial discrimination - Employment - Correctness of decision.
On an appeal against a finding of racial discrimination, it was held that the employment tribunal had erred in law in failing to consider whether the employee had suffered detriment and in preventing the employer from cross-examining to show that there was not.
