Employment - Contract of employment - Breach of contract - Implied term as to safeguard of health and safety of employee - Evidence for tribunal's finding of breach.
On the facts of the case, there had been sufficient evidence to support the finding of an employment tribunal that the local authority employer had breached the implied term that the employee would be provided with a safe place to work.
