European Communities - Rules of competition - Abuse of dominant position - Legal basis of decision ordering divestiture of concentration of undertakings on annulment of decision declaring concentration incompatible with the common market.
A decision ordering a concentration of undertakings to divest itself of assets acquired through a merger, on the basis of an earlier decision declaring that concentration to be incompatible with the common market, lacked legal basis where the earlier decision had been annulled.
