The Case

The need for an employment tribunal to apply the range of reasonable responses test, or, put another way, the need to apply the objective standards of a reasonable employer, applied as much to the reasonableness of an investigation as to the reasonableness of a decision to dismiss when considering a complaint of unfair dismissal.
