Costs - Order for costs - Discretion of court - Overriding objective.
Applying the overriding objective of CPR Pt1 the court awarded the applicant 80% of its costs on the basis that the respondent had acted unreasonably by continuing to refuse that a debt was disputed by the applicant on substantial grounds.
