In respect of two appeals brought by a bankrupt in respect of the bankruptcy order made against her, the court ruled, inter alia, that the formal defects in the procedure leading to the making of the bankruptcy order were such as were capable of being waived by the court under r7.55 of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
