Sentencing - Conspiracy to defraud - Aggravating and mitigating features - Whether sentence manifestly excessive.
A total sentence of five years' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to a number of offences of conspiracy to defraud was reduced on appeal to one of four years' imprisonment.
