Education - Special educational needs - Statement - Naming of school - Availability of injunction compelling school to admit pupil.
Where an independent school refused to allow a pupil to continue to attend the school, the court refused to grant an injunction compelling his return, since an injunction to enforce a continuing relationship would only be granted where it was clearly demonstrated that it was appropriate to do so, and it had not been so demonstrated in the instant case.
