Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
A sentence of 15 months' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant for breaching his release from imprisonment on licence could not be justified since, when the period he had spent on remand for committing the offence in breach of licence was taken into account, the total sentence was for a greater period than that for which he had originally been sentenced.
