Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Theft - Attempted burglary - Break of bail - Appropriate sentence.
A total sentence of six years' imprisonment in respect of theft, attempted burglary, breach of bail, and in respect of an unexpired portion of an earlier sentence had been excessive and would be substituted by a sentence of four and a half years' imprisonment.
