Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Aggravating features.
Sentences of 12 months' imprisonment imposed upon two defendants who were convicted of burglary were upheld on appeal. A sentence of 12 months' detention in a young offender institution imposed upon a third defendant who was convicted of the same offence was reduced to one of nine months' detention on account of her personal mitigating circumstances.
