Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Robbery - Young offender - Co-defendant using imitation firearm to threaten victim.
Notwithstanding that the 17-year-old appellant had pleaded guilty at an early stage to a charge of robbery in which an imitation firearm was used by his 14-year-old co-defendant to threaten the victim, that he had received a favourable pre-sentence report and was previously of good character, a sentence of three years' detention was not manifestly excessive.
