Bankruptcy - Appeal - Divisional Court - Practice - Applicant seeking review of decision - Whether Divisional Court having power to review decision - Bankruptcy Act 1914, s 108.
The court had power to review the earlier decision under s108 of the Bankruptcy Act 1914, however, it would be altogether wrong for the Divisional Court to exercise that power to depart from the earlier decision.
