The employer's appeal against a decision of an employment tribunal that the employer had unfairly dismissed the employee was dismissed, on the ground, inter alia, that the tribunal was correct in concluding, inter alia, that applying s98(4) of the dismissal fell outside the range of the employer's reasonable responses and was unfair.
