Damages and compensation - Personal injury - Measure of damages - Claimant member of partnership - Effect of partnership on measure of damages for loss of earning capacity.
Where one member of a two person partnership had been injured, the injured party could only claim for the losses to that partnership to the extent of that person's interests in it.
