Damages - Personal injury - Assessment of damages - Ankle injury - Quantum.
Where the claimant had suffered a sprained ankle in a road traffic accident as a result of the defendant's negligence, but where he had failed to establish that he had suffered any more serious injury as he had alleged, he was awarded 4,000 general damages for pain, suffering and loss of amenity.
