Immigration - Asylum - Appeal - Special adjudicator's determination - Credibility of claimant - Immigration appeal tribunal not entertaining challenge to adjudicator's findings on credibility.
An immigration appeal tribunal had adopted an unsound approach to an appeal and been wrong to hold that because there had been no appeal on behalf of an asylum seeker himself, the principal findings of the adjudicator in relation to the asylum seeker's credibility were not before them.
