The Case

In the circumstances, the employment tribunal had been entitled to conclude that the appellant school had unfairly dismissed the applicant, its former headmaster, on the ground, inter alia, that dismissal was not within the range of reasonable responses to the findings made by a disciplinary panel in regard to allegations of indecent assault made against the applicant.
