Employment - Contract of employment - Breach of contract - Alleged loss of profit caused by employee - Correctness of tribunal's decision to reject employer's claim for loss of profit.
The employer's appeal against a decision of an employment tribunal that it had not suffered loss of fee income was dismissed on the ground that since the employer had not particularised its claim to enable the tribunal to reach a proper conclusion on damages, the tribunal was entitled to say the employer had not proved its case.
