The Case

The employee's appeal against the tribunal's decision to dismiss his complaints of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination following a preliminary hearing was allowed as the nature of the employee's claims were so interrelated that it was inappropriate to restrict the issue of disablement to a preliminary hearing.
