Employment - Unfair dismissal - Appeal - Reasonableness of tribunal's decision.
The employment tribunal had identified no evidence on which they could find that the employees, who were employed as stevedores, had walked off a ship in defiance of agreed dispute procedures. Accordingly, the case would be remitted to a fresh tribunal.
