Copyright - Ownership - Joint ownership - Proportion of ownership of copyright to which claimant entitled.
In proceedings brought under CPR Pt20 by which the claimant sought to establish that, under the terms of an agreement with the Pt20 defendant, he was entitled to a 10% share of the copyright in a song and all versions and adaptations thereof, the court ruled that, on the evidence, he had failed to make out his contentions and accordingly dismissed the claim.
