Employment - Unfair dismissal - Constructive dismissal - Employer not instituting grievance procedure - Repudiatory breach.
An employment tribunal had been entitled to conclude that an employee had not been unfairly or constructively dismissed, in circumstances where the employer had not sought to institute its internal grievance procedure until that employee returned to work, since he was said to be too sick to do so as a result of a stress induced illness.
