The claimant's application for summary judgement pursuant to CPR Pt24 in respect of its claims for, inter alia, copyright infringement and database right infringement under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998 and the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997, was allowed as the defendants had no reasonable prospect of succeeding at trial.
