Employment - Employee - Rights - Statutory right to be represented - ss 10, 13(4).
In the two appeals before the Employment Appeal Tribunal, it was found, inter alia, that if a disciplinary warning in the form of an 'informal oral warning' was made, and it became part of the employees' record, it became a formal warning giving rise to an entitlement to representation in accordance with s10 of the Employment Rights Act 1999.
