Matrimonial law - Ancillary relief - Financial provision - Enforcement of lump sum order against husband's pension scheme - s 37(2), s 37(1).
The husband's entitlements under a personal pension scheme were not capable of being assigned or charged to another. Accordingly, the wife was not entitled to the husband's interests under the scheme when he breached an order for payment of a lump sum by way of ancillary relief.
