European Communities - Actions - Failure of member state to fulfil Community obligation - Council Directive (EC) 98/20, art 3(1).
By failing to adopt, within the prescribed time limit, the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary to comply with Council Directive (EC) 98-20 of 30 March 1998 amending Directive (EEC) 92-14 on the limitation of the operation of aeroplanes covered by Pt II, ch2, vol1 of annex16 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, second ed (1998), Ireland had failed to fulfil its obligations under that Directive.
