Employment - Disability discrimination - Damages - Employment tribunal's assessment of damages.
In assessing damages following a finding that an employee had been discriminated against on grounds of disability by an employer, the employment tribunal had been entitled to find that a temporary period of employment for the employee had not interrupted the chain of causation flowing from his original dismissal by the employer.
