The Case

Where two former employees of the claimant company left and set up a limited liability partnership carrying on a business in the same field as the claimant, the court granted interim relief to enforce a restrictive covenant entered into by the first defendant, but declined to grant interim relief as against the second defendant, or the limited liability partnership.
