Discrimination - Disability discrimination - Employment - Impairment - Adverse effect on normal activities.
In determining whether the complainant was disabled within the meaning of the an employment tribunal had asked itself the relevant questions and had subsequently concluded that the effects of the complainant's impairment were long term. Furthermore, the tribunal had adequately told the parties why they had won or lost. Accordingly, there was no error in their approach.
