Sentencing - Unduly lenient sentence - Reference by Attorney General - Supplying a Class A drug - s 36.
The sentence imposed in the instant case was unduly lenient, however, having examined the circumstances in which the offender had served the sentence originally imposed on him, and given his response to it, the court came to the conclusion that there was no public advantage in returning the offender to prison.
