Costs - Security for costs - Order for security against limited company - Grant of application - CPR 25.13 - s 726.
On an application for security for costs in proceedings by which the claimant company sought to remove the defendants as administrative receivers of the company pursuant to s45 of the the court held that, in all the circumstances, the case was an appropriate one in which to order security for costs and accordingly allowed the application.
