Contract - Contract of apprenticeship - Dismissal of apprentice - Contract providing for respondent to 'employ' apprentice for duration of apprenticeship - Respondent dismissing apprentice prior to conclusion of apprenticeship - Legality of dismissal.
Contracts of apprenticeship were distinct in character from contracts of employment, and were terminable only on the conclusion of the agreed period of training and not by prior notice.
