The court dismissed an application brought by the landlord under s68 of the challenging an award determining a rent review arbitration because of serious irregularity on the ground, inter alia, that the arbitrator took an approach to valuation which was not advanced by either party and upon which the landlord's representative had no opportunity to comment.
