Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Appropriateness of sentence - Judge having indicated that defendant would be sentenced to drug treatment and testing order if place available - Different judge imposing custodial sentence.
A sentence of two years and nine months' imprisonment imposed for burglary was inappropriate in the circumstances of the case. An 18 month drug testing and treatment order would be substituted.
