Immigration - Asylum - Appeal from special adjudicator's determination - Refusal of permission to appeal.
The Immigration Appeal Tribunal had erred in law when it refused to grant permission to appeal against the decision of a special adjudicator which, in all the circumstances, did not adequately address evidence before him that was corroborative of the claimant's claim for asylum.
