In ruling on an application for financial provision orders under Sch1 of the by an unmarried mother, seeking various lump sum payments and a periodical payments order, the court held, inter alia, that the amount claimed under the periodical payments order should be rejected as it was a scarcely disguised maintenance claim for the mother, rather than a claim for the child.
