Commons - Rights of common - Grazing rights - Priority.
Having regard to the proper construction and effect of a grant of a non-exclusive right to graze sheep and its interrelationship with later grants of the right to graze over the same land the court held that the claimant could not claim priority over the defendants so far as his grazing rights were concerned.
