Costs - Security for costs - Claimant ordinarily resident out of jurisdiction - Grant of application.
In proceedings arising out of the sale by the mortgagee of the claimant's property following default on the payment of the mortgage, the court held on an application for security for costs that the claimant had no assets in the jurisdiction and there was accordingly a clear case for ordering security for costs.
