Bankruptcy - Statutory demand - Application to set aside - Debt disputed on substantial grounds - Insolvency Rules 1986, r 6.5(4)(b).
On an appeal against an order setting aside a statutory demand served on the Official Receiver by the appellant, the court ruled that there was nothing before the court which enabled it to say that the statutory demand should stand and accordingly the appeal would fail on that basis.
