Trade mark - Registration - Opposition proceedings - Appeal - Word mark 'Lazybonezzz'.
On an appeal from a decision by the hearing officer, by which the grounds of opposition to the registration of the applicant's trade mark, 'Lazybonezz', were dismissed, the court ruled that there was no basis on which to interfere with the hearing officer's finding and accordingly dismissed the appeal.
