Contempt - Application to commit - Defendants outside jurisdiction of English court - Appropriateness of resort to contempt jurisdiction.
Where the claimants made an application to commit the defendants, a company incorporated in Qatar and an individual resident in Qatar, the court ruled, dismissing the claim, that in the circumstances it would be wholly inappropriate to have resort to the contempt jurisdiction of the English court in respect of parties who were outside its jurisdiction
