On an appeal against an award by the employment tribunal of 1,750 by way of compensation for injury to feelings following a finding of discrimination on the part of the employer against the employee, the Employment Appeal Tribunal ruled that there was no error of law in the approach taken by the tribunal and in the conclusions reached. Accordingly, the appeal would be dismissed.
