Discrimination - Disability discrimination - Employment - Unfair dismissal - Tribunal finding employee dismissed by reason of redundancy and that dismissal both unfair and discriminatory consequent upon employee's disability - Correctness of decision.
There was nothing inconsistent in a finding that an employee was dismissed by reason of redundancy and that the dismissal was both unfair and discriminatory consequent upon the employee's disability. Accordingly, the employment tribunal had been entitled to reach the conclusions which it had on the material before it and no error of law had been demonstrated.
